HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT? (ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT) / COUPON CODES (scroll down)

For your shopping convenience and complete ‘peace of mind’ we offer several Payment Options. These include Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Internet Banking or EFT, Instant EFT, Bitcoin and Mobicred etc. see below options details.

Note

  • all items with the ‘BUY NOW’ icon below means these particular products are currently in stock at our warehouse in Gauteng and are therefore ready to be couriered.
  • We do not ‘drop ship’ meaning you buy from a website which carries NO Local stock and the product must then shipped to you from abroad. Drop shipping can take +60 days to arrive and excludes any possible custom duties or clearing charges and the savings are seldom worth the inconvenience.
  • Our system does NOT allow you to purchase any ‘out of stock’ items
  • All Paid Orders received before 2pm Mon-Friday (excl. public holidays) will be dispatched, same day. Your courier tracking number will follow before close of business on the day of shipment.

Payment Options as follows: –

Option 1: Credit/Debit Card payment @ checkout (via PayFast):

Requirements: You will need either a Credit Card (VISA or Master Card) or any Debit Card issued by a South African banking Institution.

Process: Follow the ‘checkout’ process and register your personal details with us (required to ensure your delivery). When completed continue until you are routed to ‘PayFast’ which is third party secure payment platform based in South Africa. You may need to register your details again with PayFast (if you have previously registered with PayFast then only your Login is required). Via PayFast you have the options to use either a Credit Card or Debit Card etc.

Option 2: EFT payment via Internet Banking or Bank Deposit:

Requirements: for a normal EFT you will need an ‘internet banking’ account. For a deposit direct to our account you will the funds (cash or other) equal to your order value (goods + delivery) to deposit in to our Bank Account as detailed below. 

Process: Following the completion of you order you will be provided with a Henrac Technology order number e.g. 1234 (4 digits). You will also receive a copy via the email address you provided when completing your personal details. If you do not have an email address then please save the details of your order and order number.

You must then please use your ‘order number’ generated by our online system or ‘Invoice number’ if sent via email as a payment reference to make a payment direct to our account as below via Internet Banking or direct Bank Deposit.

Note: all items as detailed on your order will only be allocated / reserved for a period of 72hrs. You must at the very least provided ‘proof of payment’ before this period expires, failing which your order will automatically be cancelled by our system and the stock on your order will be credited back to the ‘online Store’.

Option 3: Instant EFT payment @ checkout (via PayFast):

Requirements: You will need an internet banking account. If you don’t have a credit or debit card then select this option.

Process: From within ‘PayFast’ you are given the additional option to make an EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) via Internet Banking. Once selected this option is exactly the same as your normal Internet Banking process but takes place from within the PayFast platform itself. There is NO need to email a ‘proof of payment’ to us when using ‘Instant EFT’.

Option 4: Mobicred payment @ checkout (via PayFast):

Existing Mobicred users:

  1. Select Mobicred as your payment option during checkout.
  2. Log in using your Mobicred username and password.
  3. Enter the one-time pin (OTP) that will be sent to your mobile phone.
  4. Click on “Confirm & Pay”.
  5. Your Mobicred account will be debited and we will send you a confirmation email of your order.

Option 5: Bitcoin payment @ checkout (via PayFast):

When a buyer visits a PayFast seller’s site and clicks to buy an item, they will be shown Bitcoin as  a payment method (in addition to the other enabled payment methods)

After sending the funds (using whichever Bitcoin wallet they want to: mobile, desktop or cloud), they click on a verification button on the PayFast engine.

The buyer is shown the BTC amount –at the current rate of exchange as provided by Luno (previoulsy known as BitX) — and a Bitcoin address where they should send the funds.

Luno (previoulsy known as BitX) sends confirmation to PayFast that the funds have been received.

The buyer sees a success message and gets redirected back to the seller’s website. The seller will receive a notification from PayFast stating that a payment has been received.

Coupon Codes (How and where to enter them)

A coupon code is a 12 digit alphanumeric code meaning it contains both capital letters and numbers. These may be used for product exchanges where a credit is offered or for ‘discount specials’ as determined by us from time to time. To use a coupon code from your browser simply COPY the  coupon code and then PASTE it in the space provided at ‘Checkout’. See illustration below.
